Previously, Yasin headed up AI Research at Arabesque Asset Management before he and his team were spun out to form Arabesque AI.

Yasin's research interests are in distributed intelligence and holds a PhD from University College London in the field of machine learning applied to financial forecasting.

Yasin additionally holds an MEng in Mechanical Engineering and MRes in Financial Computing from UCL.

Prior positions include Factor/Quantitative Index Product R&D, Qontigo; Index Solutions, Axioma; Risk and Quantitative Analysis, BlackRock and Data Content Production, MSCI Barra.

Frank received his bachelor's degree in economics from Harvard University and his master's degree in finance and economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Parul is the CEO of Arabesque Asset Management.

Prior to joining Arabesque, Parul was Head of Strategic Asset Allocation at Citi Private Bank and a member of the Global Investment Committee.

Parul holds a BA in Computer Science from University of Cambridge and an M.S. in Financial Engineering from Columbia University, New York.

Hans-Robert is a Founding Partner of Arabesque and the CFO/COO.

Prior to joining Arabesque, Hans-Robert was Vice President in Sales Structuring at Barclays, developing highly individual multiasset structuring solutions for institutional clients.

Hans-Robert holds a MS and a PhD in Mathematics from the University of Rostock (Germany).

Dr Qasim Nasar-Ullah serves as Senior AI Engineer, and has been with Arabesque since 2014.

Since 2021, Qasim has been in Singapore leading an AI and Data Analytics programme that has received funding (MAS AIDA grant).

Qasim has served as an Honorary researcher at UCL since 2014.

Frederik brings extensive engineering leadership experience to Arabesque.

Currently serving as VP of Engineering for the Platform since March 2024, he previously held roles as Engineering Lead and Director from October 2022.

Before Arabesque, he was Engineering Lead at Hygraph (previously GraphCMS) where he built and led frontend and full-stack teams, focusing on plugins, extensibility features, and content editing. Earlier in his career, he was Head of Web Development at SIGFOX, where he grew an engineering team focused on web platforms from scratch.

Haliza Abd Rahim is Head of Legal and has been with Arabesque since 2014 and is a qualified lawyer under English law.

Her previous role was as AVP-Head of Legal Documentation at Al Hilal Bank where Haliza effectively supported business teams dealing with corporate and UHNWI clients.

Haliza's educational journey involves an MSc in Finance and Financial Law from the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, completed between 2008 and 2010. She also holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Nottingham, achieved between September 1994 and September 1997.
